What’s an annual plan? It allows you to pay for your TeamSnap subscription upfront in one chunk rather than over weekly periods, saving you time and money in the long run. Here are a few reasons you might want to give an annual plan a try.
You Save Money
Here’s how it breaks down: If you’re on our Basic plan, you pay $9.99 per month. Unless you’re from a planet with more than 12 months, that means you pay about $120 per year. It’s a fair price to pay considering the amount of time you save—but you could be saving even more moolah!
Our Basic annual plan only costs $69.99 for the entire year. That means you still get the same great features you love, only you end up paying less in the long run. In fact, if you’re on our Ultra or Premium plans, you’ll save even more by switching to annual! Feel free to put that extra cash toward the team ice cream budget.
You Save Time
Want to avoid switching from a paid plan to our Free plan, then doing the opposite once the season starts again? Annual plans make it easy.
With an annual plan, you only pay once at the beginning of the season, then never need to change your plan again for an entire year. This makes sense even if you only need TeamSnap for seven months out of the year, because the Basic annual plan costs the same as seven months of the Basic monthly plan. You Can Easily Ask the Team to Help with Costs
If you love TeamSnap but need a little help with the cost, you can always divide it up among parents at the beginning of the season. Problem is, it’s difficult to do that when you’re paying month to month. Let’s face it: People are barely going to remember to pay once, let alone multiple times!
Annual plans make things easy. If you need $70 for the whole year, just divide that among all your parents and ask for it upfront at the beginning of the season. Better yet, you can even use our handy Payments tab to collect those fees using PayPal.
