Is there a discounted fee or rate for non-profit organizations?

Our fee structure is already designed for non-profit organizations. The best value is an annual plan, with savings of 40% for the year.

Can only the team owner pay or upgrade plans for a team?

That is correct. See our help article for more information.

Can I pay month to month?

Annual plans are a better value, but we offer monthly plans as well. See the toggle on the pricing plans above to switch to a monthly pricing view.

Does the roster include coaches and managers? What about parents and other contacts for each player—do they also count toward the roster limit?

Coaches and managers do count toward your roster limit. Parents and other contacts listed under a roster member do not count toward your limit.

If I pay annually, will I get a refund if I switch to the free plan for unused months?

Annual plans are billed one time for 12-months of service. Here is our refund policy. Go with a monthly plan if you want to downgrade in the off-season.

If I purchase a plan myself will it will give all of the other parents access to view statistics/etc, or will they also need to purchase a plan to have that access?

Roster members and contacts can access your team at no charge. Only the Team Owner pays the team plan fee for your team.

If I sign up for your monthly plan, can I cancel at any time?When am I billed for the services and will it be prorated?
