Official Rules & Terms

Who is Eligible: TeamSnap “Take the Work Out of Play” Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) is open to any qualified sports organization in the United States or Canada in the form of an established LLC or Non-Profit. Contestants must be a natural person aged 18 or older. Existing TeamSnap Customers are not eligible.

How to Enter: By submitting your information via the web form on the sweepstakes webpage no later than December 12th at 11:59PM, you will automatically be qualified to win a prize (defined below).You will earn one (1) entry in the sweepstakes after signing up. Entrants can also earn up to forty (40) additional entries in the sweepstakes by following the sweepstakes specific rules and instructions. By participating in the Giveaway, you agree to be bound by these Official Rules and by all applicable laws and decisions of TeamSnap, which will be binding and final.

Giveaway Winners: Following the conclusion of the Giveaway Period, TeamSnap will compile the list of all eligible entries to receive the Prize (each a “Winner”). Winners will be notified by email with a link to redeem their Prize on December 13th at 12:00 pm MT. The notification email will be sent to the email address associated with the email used to sign up for the sweepstakes. Allow up to four (4) weeks for delivery of certain Prize(s). If a potential Winner is disqualified for any reason, TeamSnap will not award the Prize to the Winner. TeamSnap’s decisions as to the administration and operation of the Giveaway and the qualification of Winners are final and binding in all matters related to the Giveaway.

Prizes: There will be fifteen (15) total winners selected at random. Eligible entrants can only win once. TeamSnap will award five (5) grand prizes to eligible entrants including: a $100 gift card from Amazon, Dick’s Sporting Goods, Adidas, Nike or UnderArmour, a TeamSnap Top Designs Rover Backpack, one (1) free VIP Pass to the Mindset Summit from Soccer Resilience, 25% off off player evaluation software from Team Genius, 20% off administrative services from Focus on the Field and 30% off a TeamSnap for Clubs & Leagues subscription (the “Prize”).

TeamSnap will award ten (10) total second places prizes including: Five (5) winners of 20% off administrative services from Focus on the Field and five (5) winners of 25% off player evaluation software from Team Genius.

ALL eligible entrants can be eligible to receive 15% off a TeamSnap for Clubs & Leagues subscription by entering this sweepstakes.

Sweepstake Terms: For winners that qualify for the 30% discount off TeamSnap you must purchase a Clubs & Leagues subscription by December 30th. The 30% discount will be applied to the first year’s contract.

For all eligible entrants that qualify for the 15% discount off TeamSnap, you must purchase a Clubs & Leagues subscription by December 30th. The 15% discount will be applied to the first year’s contract.

For winners that qualify for the 25% discount off player evaluation software from Team Genius, you must be a non-Team Genius customer and purchase by December 31st, 2022.

For winners that qualify for the 20% discount off administrative services from Focus on the Field, you must purchase select services by January 31st, 2022.

To qualify for one (1) additional entry into the sweepstakes, you must answer and submit the form that asks the question: “Which prize included in our sweepstakes bundle are you most excited about winning?” on the post-sweepstakes submission page by December 12th at 11:59 PM MT.

To qualify for one (1) additional entry into the sweepstakes, you must answer and submit the form that asks the question: “What’s the one item on top of your sport organization's wishlist for the upcoming year?” on the post-sweepstakes submission page by December 12th at 11:59 PM MT.

To qualify for one (1) additional entry into the sweepstakes, you must answer and submit the form that asks the question: “Where are you spending your $100 gift card if you’re selected as a lucky winner?” on the post-sweepstakes submission page by December 12th at 11:59 PM MT.

To qualify for two (2) additional entries into the sweepstakes, you must answer and submit the form that asks the question: “If you had an imaginary worker that could help you with one thing in your day to day job, what would it be? ” on the post-sweepstakes submission page by December 12th at 11:59 PM MT.

To qualify for ten (10) additional entries into the sweepstakes, you must check and submit the form that asks the question: “Sign up for the TeamSnap Sports Org Insider, a digital community for sports organization leaders that includes resources to help run your sports club or league.? ” on the post-sweepstakes submission page by December 12th at 11:59 PM MT.

To qualify for twenty-five (25) additional entries into the sweepstakes, you must check and submit the form that asks the question: “I’d like to set up a demo of TeamSnap for Clubs & Leagues ” on the post-sweepstakes submission page and schedule a future meeting date and time with a TeamSnap employee by December 12th at 11:59 PM MT.

Terms and conditions of the Prize apply. The right to receive a Prize is non-transferable and no Prize substitution, exchange, or cash equivalent will be allowed except that TeamSnap reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to substitute the Prize for a different prize of equal or greater value if the Prize should become unavailable for any reason. Winners are responsible for all taxes and fees associated with the Prize or the receipt and/or use of the Prize.

Release: By participating in the Giveaway, you agree to release and hold harmless TeamSnap, and its respective subsidiaries, affiliates, suppliers, distributors, advertising/promotion agencies, and prize suppliers, and each of their officers, directors, employees, and agents (collectively, the “Released Parties”) from and against any claim or cause of action, including, but not limited to, personal injury, death, or damage to or loss of property, arising out of participation in the Giveaway, or receipt or use or misuse of any Prize.

Limitations of Liability: The Released Parties are not responsible for: (a) any incorrect or inaccurate information or any errors caused by the programming associated with or utilized in the Giveaway; (b) technical failures of any kind, including, but not limited to malfunctions, interruptions, or disconnections or failures of network hardware or software; (c) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process or the Giveaway; (d) technical or human error which may occur in the administration of the Giveaway or the processing of Giveaway; or (e) any injury or damage to persons or property which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from your participation in the Giveaway or receipt or use or misuse of the Prize. By participating in the Giveaway, you expressly assume all liability and responsibility for your participation and agree that participation is solely at your own risk.

Disputes: Except where prohibited, you agree that: (a) any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Giveaway or the Prizes awarded will be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action; (b) any and all claims, judgments, and awards will be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, but in no event attorneys’ fees; and (c) under no circumstances will you be permitted to obtain awards for, and you hereby waive all rights to claim, indirect, punitive, incidental, and consequential damages and any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket costs incurred. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of you and TeamSnap in connection with the Giveaway, will be governed by, and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Colorado without giving effect to any principles that would provide for the application of the law of another jurisdiction.
