Circle Box Out
This basketball drill helps players learn to use their body to box out an opponent when rebounding. Arrange players in a circle all facing a basketball in the center. The offensive team forms a circle behind the defensive team. The defense's goal is to use their bodies to box out the other team, only using their hands to touch the ball.
