The Dribble, Spin and Jump Drill
Not for novice players, this basketball drill helps skilled players practice fast-paced dribbling down the court. Moving from one sideline across the court to the other, players will take two dribbles to the right, and spin twice, making sure to keep their heads up. Many coaches don't like to teach the spin move because you have a blind spot, but the key is to keep the ball-you-man formation.
