Four Way Dribble Drill
In this basketball drill, also known as the spider drill, players jump-stop at each line and perform the dribble while keeping their head up. Try performing the drill with your eyes closed, moving backwards, or racing your teammates. This action would never be used in a game, however spider dribbling is fun and excellent for working on hand-eye coordination.
